As the title says, I’ve been running PS + LE + LD and I feel like I’ve been having sexual stagnation. I haven’t masturbated, watched porn or had sex or any sexual activity for 2 weeks but I feel like this pent up energy inside that makes me anxious sometimes. I feel like I’m resisting masturbating more than anything. I know on khan black it says that it’s not healthy to have sexual stagnation and should either rub one out or have sex, does this apply for PS too? and is it counter intuitive to go nofap on ps? I know its not as powerful sexually as khan black but doesn’t it also develop sexual prowess too on a smaller scale than khan black?

Be wary of creating sexual stagnation. This is the most common mistake proponents of movements such as “no-fap” make, and can lead to negative effects on your psyche due to your sexual energy stagnating. This can show itself in multiple negative ways, one being sexual deviancy. As your sensitivity improves, you will become more aware of this. The usual way of causing sexual stagnation is activating the sexual energy without release or circulation – avoid excessive sexual activity by yourself if you do not intend on release. As you become more proficient and more spiritually developed, this can alleviated.
