hey guys, quick question that has been on my mind recently
I’m doing sex mastery X + diamond to improve sex life with my girl
I’ve done 7 active listening days so far
However what I’ve noticed is that I feel the opposite like my sex drive is down and me and my girl aren’t having sex much
Is it possible that this is a part of the process and i should just keep going at it and see what happens?

If it’s the lack of sex/frequancy missing- I think you’re probably trying to address the wrong constraints in the relationship.
I don’t know the specific situation, but there’s a few factors to consider.
What your girl needs currently to feel like having sex more. For some, maybe she’s not feeling safe or connected.
Maybe she’s stressed and overworked, and you need to work on being a man that she can unwind and help take the load off.
Maybe she needs more adventure, excitement, passion.
I’d consider things like these, and then look into running a title like Primal Romance, Wanted Dream Boy, Or Khan/Emperor/Reforged. Just reflect and be honest about yourself, and if she’s an open girl just have an honest conversation with her about what she needs to feel more desire in the relationship

And to your question, I haven’t noticed an increase in daily vital energy no. Just like baseline level. I did notice that when we did have sex it was reaaallly pleasurable. But for me what matters more at this point is the frequency of it happening, the frequency is what I want to improve.

In my experience Wanted Dream Boy, is probably one of the better options. I would look into Emperor Reforged as well - especially the modules around intimacy/romance and see if that resonates with what may be going on.
Doesn’t happen to everyone- but I’ve found that if your in a place where there’s not a lot of intimacy/sex, going right to a title like Emperor or Khan can be a bit of a harsh frame switch on your partner, and there will be a lot of shit testing before the dynamic really shifts.
