Self reflection and journaling guidance?

Looking for some guidance on how to properly reflect and journal using these subs. Is there a specific way on how to do this, or is just writing about what we notice throughout our time with these subs?

It must be either haiku or iambic pentameter.

Kidding. There’s no “right” way.

I myself try to lean toward brevity (not always successful) and report results anecdotally

Some go for stream-of-consciousness writing.

The important part is to record things in a way for yourself that you can review it later and remind yourself of the progress you’ve made over time.

You may write anything as long as it won’t violate the forum rules.

The negative emotions that you may encounter could signify bad habits you want to get fix.

The positive emotions are the ones you want to stay. And whenever you keep gratifying on things no matter how small they are, you’ll receive a much greater rewards.

You may not understand it at first but the fights and conflict does not mean that’s the thing you’ll get but rather something good and wonderful is going to happen to you.
