I’m pretty sure LoTS does affect the face, but your question is pretty specific.
You’re pretty much asking SC support to sign off on a guarantee that LoTS will give you a smaller nose which they cannot do.

Both will work, with Synergy APS: Head/Face giving more focus on the overall head and face area, and Legacy of the Spartan being a more whole-body option that can help.
Be aware physical shifting can take weeks, months, years, and is highly dependent on your own factors such as diet, lifestyle and action taken.
Why are you asking the same questions over and over but with different details?

No, it’s as @ryder004 suggested. There’s facial scripting in it, consciously guided but we cannot promise you a smaller nose.

I dont remeber Saint saying los is better for face shifting,just shifting in general as thats its main focus
LoS does have facial scripting, just not as much of a focus as Wanted.
I just added Synergy Apolon Unbound and some other modules to make it more specific to my goals to my LoS custom. In your case, if you want the wanted style shifting without all of the romance scripting,
I would just continue with LoS, and add Synergy Apolon Unbound, as well as APS Face and you should be good.
Just make a physical shift custom. That’s what I’m doing after I run some foundational subs first.
From everything I read I think the most powerful physical shift combo you can put together that SC has to offer:
LoTs Core
New Physical Shifting Experience Core
Synergy: Head&Face
Facial Morph
Apollon
Synergy: Apollon Unbound
That’s the main ones then the rest whatever you think will help you. If you really want results, get it in QTKS and commit to running it for 6 months minimum, but preferably a year and don’t go more than 2 subs in your stack.
And make sure your diet/gym/sleep is dialed in. Bonus points if you throw in a regular meditation practice too.
