I have always have asked this question many times to many health gurus and workout coaches but it seems all is not working.
I have this kind of slim genetics, no matter how hard I eat I barely see them in my skin. I don’t get fat or all least a bit of flesh.
Will I say this is the main cause I have kind of self restraint when it comes to meeting women l noticed because of how small I am compared to my folks at my age women don’t respect or see me as a grown up man.
When it comes to dating I think been big is important as a man to help me dominate my woman,if am small how can I fuck a woman who is bigger than me ? It makes no sense to me.
I think one of the things that lower my confidence is my size (I want to get big) I started hitting the gym 6 months ago to see changes but I haven’t see much.
Which cheat trick can I use to make this happen? N.B I haven't ran wanted zp up to a month but I have seen any noticable changes!!
Am fucking angry!!
