It can be run by anyone. It would stack EXTREMELY well with EmpD – and that’s by design. Was one of the reasons for the delay, I wanted to ensure compatibility. That being said, it will stack well with standard Emperor, any status title for that matter.
It will also stack extremely well with Primal Seduction, modifying PS’s results to help you bring out your true, authentic romantic side in dating.
And yes, it can stack well with Primal Nights, especially if you’re either in a long-term relationship, or you’re open to the idea of being in one and you’re currently dating around for this purpose. If you’ve used Heartsong and you think you’ve met a “potential one,” stack PR + PN and go out on a few dates. They’ll be happy. 
I am curious to see how Love Bomb + Primal Romance would stack. In fact, EmpD + Love Bomb + PR for a bit, then rotate to EmpD + Love Bomb + PN, and whooooooooooooooo boy.
ASBR + PR could be interesting as well. One who gives off a popular + fame + innovation vibe, and they are deeply romantic and passionate?
There’s a lot of use cases for PR, and again – that’s one of the reasons for the delay. The original version was a little too niche and I wanted to reflect what the community was asking for without compromising the original vision.

You’re going to have to experiment with that one, lol. I spoke about this before, I think on the “Round 1” thread. I question if you’d give off conflicting vibes – one of mystery and elusive while also deeply romantic. It could work if that’s your natural personality. If not, it could come across as confusing.
But then again, I’ve been wrong about many of these. As always, I can only go off of the script’s content, but the way the script is expressed is unique to every individual. As such, you could be completely capable of resolving what appears to be opposites.
Now, from a purely personal moral perspective, I’d recommend against stacking these two and using them for deceptive seduction (romancing people JUST for sex and then abandoning them). With the amount of inner development that PR contains, you may find yourself in recon since you’re trying to resolve notions of deep, true romance with just getting your rocks off.

I totally agree with you. My aim for stacking these two titles is to build a harem who through romance, stay in said harem.

@AnswerGroup could we see an updated emperor black anytime soon? It was released in nov 2022 so i think one is kind of overdue and i feel like an update would be amazing

Oh sorry yes these 2 I had no idea I don’t own them but planning on trying in the future, nice to know they’re already updated.
Based on what has been released and talked about in the past few months, I guess that EoG and Mind’s Eye are next, along with the Khan Black upgrade and perhaps the new cultivation specific Khan Black. Given that Alchemist was released, and given that they were mentioned in that mystery subseason title list, we can’t be far from an update to the Revelation of… titles.
