I blend a banana, milk, one envelop (?, these tiny 7gram paper things) of vanilla sugar and some pink salt.

What benefits have you seen to your health/wellbeing from drinking that daily?
Iāve started this as a part of my dental care routine, adding pulverized eggshells to bring some biological minerals into my system (+ knitbone mouthwashs to reintegrate them into my teeth, a recipe by Hildegard of Bingen, a Saint known for her knowledge of herbs).
Last week, I had some serious headache after 10:30 min of LB. So I thought some electrolytes would be good and I added some pink salt.
Not only was the headache gone in a matter of 15 minutes, but the salt enhanced the flavour significantly.
Benefits?
I hope for stronger teeth.
I didnāt get headache after long exposure.
