What benefits have you seen to your health/wellbeing from drinking that daily?
I’ve started this as a part of my dental care routine, adding pulverized eggshells to bring some biological minerals into my system (+ knitbone mouthwashs to reintegrate them into my teeth, a recipe by Hildegard of Bingen, a Saint known for her knowledge of herbs).
Last week, I had some serious headache after 10:30 min of LB. So I thought some electrolytes would be good and I added some pink salt.
Not only was the headache gone in a matter of 15 minutes, but the salt enhanced the flavour significantly.
Benefits?
I hope for stronger teeth.
I didn’t get headache after long exposure.
And it tastes delicious

QTKS Stage 2 SHOULD be launching next week. This time, the focus was on improving the software so that we could hit a 3-5 day turnaround.

Now that they dropped the Synergy customs, I’m just waiting for them to drop EOG and HoM then I can create customs that could last 2 or 3 years without even thinking switching subs. The year 2025 is going to be a year of crazy manifestations for a lot on people on the forum.
