You are only changing one title. Going to the next stage of a multistage is not considered changing a title.
Plus you are running only 2 titles in each cycle, which makes the standard washout time of 5 days more than enough 
If I had to be more accurate, itās like you are running a stack of 3 titles (Sanguine, LB, KB) but you removed one or the other in a particular cycle which makes it a pretty good case to be in.
I think the fact that youāre only running two titles makes the 7 day washout redundant.
But funnily Iāve opened a ticket with almost the same question. Will let you know kw once I have the answer.
Do micro loops also apply to customs ?
I did try micro loops along time ago but i just felt that the 15 min run was more effective

My custom run feels so smooth that I want to do 15 min and donāt feel overloaded by it at all.
Running it alongside ASBR No Fame, which I do at like 3-7 min depending on my intuition for the day.
The more I listen to NFTW, the more aligned I get with my subconscious mind, meaning my acting in accordance with subconscious nudges (aka intuition) is getting more and more effective. I trust my subconsciousness far more than my consciousness, and that has proved to be so powerful and effective countless times recently.
These are not āsynchronicitiesā, these are higher levels of alignment with the universe that is far better read by subconsciousness than any ārationalizationā or theory.
I find that letting my consciousness interfere only makes things harder. Meaning, all those rationalizations, explanations, and inner debates only distort āthe stream of wisdomā pouring out of my subconsciousness.
Iām letting that stream carry me with absolute trust. I follow subconscious guidance, where conscious guidance is only about helping the former externalize and manifest its power.
Trusting your subconscious guidance is key here.
