So I accidently listened to nine seconds of a random custom during my 5 day washout…
really bummed me out since I didn’t want to interfere with the pure execution scripting I felt yesterday and today…
All of that to say I know microloops work and its usually like 30 seconds recommended as the LEAST amount to have an effect…
so I’m curious if anyone knows how big of an effect would 9 seconds potentially have? anybody experienced anything?

Probably best not to dwell on it.
My hunch is, it’s negligible. If you still feel much processing at day 5 you could go for another day.
Go with your flow.

What’s weird is I noticed the sub was playing because of this feeling of my mind buzzing inside my skull before I noticed the sound of the water in my headphones…
honestly that’s the only thing that got me wondering about the washout because I’ve always felt that sensation like the “processing” feeling on listening days vs the execution feeling I have on days where I don’t listen…and its lingered for a while after just nine seconds…
but thanks I know you guys are right
