Same, gonna start moving up with smaller increments each listening day till I hit a sweet spot above 7 min.

I remember once I jumped from 5 min to 9 min and got recon, so let’s avoid that this time ahaha

Bit confused about your question. NSE is included in Index Gate and as such, the Inner Circle scripting would be filtered through it.

Man I’ve been running 1:50-3:00 of Khan Black ST1 & and Khan ST1 for three cycles now I didn’t know I should gradually increase.

Alright, noted, thanks. I shall go another cycle or two focusing on moving towards my sweet spot, as close as possible to 15, while maintaining balance between growth and recon.

You don’t have to increase if it’s working well for you. The four stagers are a bit different since the entire title is split into fours already. Everyone, wait for the instructions, please. lol.

Apologies @SaintSovereign & @Fire for starting this whole “how much of the script fits into a micro loop” convo, as I see it spreading over the forum into different threads I finally understand now why you guys are so weary of misinformation getting posted. im not gonna lie, im just getting more confused now. i have for the most part always listened to my subs for 3 minutes each. Should i be upping the listening time slowly to get a bigger part of the script?

Pre New Subliminal Experiance Subs were easier to do full loops with ( personally speaking ) the problem was sub hopping and doing too many a single week

NSE subs seem to function perfectly ( for me ) between 3 to 5 min if i was doing 2 subs every other day

Now, Custom Subs are a whole different thing ( could be because of Pragya ) as in doing full never felt like too much
