DR is about total healing.
The title I asked for is about exploring and conquering the Shadow. It would be a great adventure indeed as there are lots of mysteries yet to be revealed lurking in the Shadow.

no one seems to use that title for years now and other titles like that have been getting upgraded.

Facts.
Darkness is a potent fuel bro.
Started a business and worked everyday for 8-9 months cause I was pissed off a girl who liked me stopped talking to me because she wanted this other guy haha
Whenever I felt tired was my ego and shadow and yelling at me to prove that girl made the biggest mistake of her life
Used that jealousy and hurt to propel me…
It’s like when ppl talk trash playing basketball saying you suck or whatever.
I love proving them wrong

I don’t think it can be healed as it’s just a vital part of who we are. Those dark energies traversing our psyche back and forth, filling us with desires we never dared to explore and regaling us with potential we never conquered nor tapped into.

So your post above is not referring to the title you mentioned previously about taking “the physical path” but another title being dropped at the end to which you referred to as “mind-blowing” tempting your washout resolve.

Depends on your definition of heal I guess
I’m starting to be of the mind that our shadow is not to be healed, or expelled, or destroyed.
It’s to be loved, understood, integrated with compassion.
And then, through conscious creation of who we want to be in this world, we can express those desires of the shadow, or we can simply accept them as part of us while deciding that we want to rise above and act differently.
We contain multitudes. I want to be angry with my dad for leaving my mom when I was young, but I also want to forgive him, and yet I can’t bring myself to fully embody neither the anger nor the forgiveness, so I live in limbo where I love him but don’t like him that much sometimes. I am trying my best. I don’t know what I need to “heal” this, but understanding my shadow will probably help me.
