It took me a while to notice it but I can tell it’s had a positive impact for me.
Just as an example I had a one hour meeting today for feedback on my business plan draft and I got a whole list of about 12 things to tweak before my next meeting. Didn’t take any notes, was able to speak off the cuff and plan everything in advance with minimal prep and I’ve consistently received compliments from my mentor that my plan is very detail oriented. After the meeting I took a break but was able to remember and collate all the talking points into an email without needing any notes.
So the effects on short term memory and comprehension are there at least.
