Wont you get the results from all the stages when you listen to st4 anyway?

Didn’t they release the updated S&S a week ago?

I just looked. Yep
On the 24th

no ofcourse not.

For Khan, this is not the case because ST4 does not contain ST1.

All stages are in stage four unlike OG khan

So i guess you can get the benefits of the other stages if you just listen to stage 4 right?

Let me make an example.
When Stage 1 is going to the gym,
Stage 2 going to college and
Stage 3 going to work
Then Stage 4 is evenly split: gym, college, working.

Of course you can jump to Stage 4 and its gonna work, efficiency depending on your starting point. But each previous Stage is preparing you differently. Going to the gym 3x a week for 30 min might be enough if you’re already fit and just want to maintain your level. But if you’re a beginner, progress will be rather slow.
Especially with 4 stagers where a Stage is missing in Stage 4.

Yes and no.

This is more of a customer service question.

We users have our theories about it, but it’s not based on first-hand knowledge of the scripts.

But keep this point in mind: If you present your mind with a subliminal stimulus for which it is not ready, it may just ignore it.

It would be like taking the best, highest-quality, rarest juice made from the fruit of an apple tree that only grows at the very top of Mt. Fuji,

and then trying to pour it into a cup that still has the cover on top of it.

image

Doesn’t matter how great the juice is, because it can’t get in the cup.

One theory:

Stages 1 through 3 help to uncover the cup.

They prepare your mind to better receive the stimuli of Stage 4.

Once you do get to Stage 4, then yes, it’ll subsume the benefits of the other stages.

But,

not in the pure, narrow form that you get it in when you’re running that stage alone.

Here’s a guitar fretboard:

image

If you strum your hand across the whole thing, you’ll get one chord that has E, A, D, G, B, and E.

Contains all of those notes.

But what if you just want to hear a low E?

Just keep strumming the whole thing and say, ā€˜Don’t worry. There’s an E in there. You’re getting it!’?

haha.

Sometimes people want the pure version of precisely what is in a particular stage. So they may run that particular stage for a while.

I think a good approach is to go through the program one time, spending 1 or 2 cycles on each stage. But your goal is not total transformation. It’s to get a real feel for each stage. Then when you have a feel for what each stage does for you, you can go back and spend longer with the ones you want or need the most.

From 2020 to 2022, I used to spend 3 months on each stage. Every time. No matter what.

But

  1. With ZP, the listening guidelines changed. A cycle is 21 play days + 5 processing days. A little less than 4 weeks. Even if you do 12 of those, it ends up being more like 10 months, rather than a year.

  2. Zpv2 seems to be a little different to me. I feel like Zero Point guides you to listen to yourself, and that becomes central to the experience. It’s not about a fixed time (although less than 1 or 2 cycles is often probably kind of ridiculous). But I find that with these new subs, I really do seem to get a sense of when it’s time to move on. Having Action Targets and Action Benchmarks only strengthens that process.

So, I’m on Khan Black now. I played Stage 1 for about 2.5 play periods. Then it felt like time to move on.

But now I’m on Khan Black Stage 2. Next Saturday, I’ll complete my 3rd play period. But I don’t know yet. I might still play it a little longer. We’ll see.

Hmmm…then again, next Saturday is 11/11. Big date here at SC. So, I’ll see what happens after all is revealed.

I’ve been on both sides of this stack switching issue.

The best results I’ve gotten have all come from subliminal monogamy.

As someone said, I’ve always ā€œhad one sub that sticks in my stack like the sun and everything orbits around it.ā€

For me that was Ascended Mogul, then EOGST1, then HOM. All for 9 months each, or more.

Those are the times in life where things are AMAZING and I’m building massive momentum.

But then there are the in between periods that I don’t know exactly what sub I want to run usually because I don’t know my goal/path in life at that moment and I start stack switching until things settle again.

Right now, that ā€œone subā€ is still HOM for me. I almost forgot that. Grateful for this thread!

This term should make it into official subclub glossary.

With NWE and the updated S&S I’m curious how that be extrapolated into something like Quantum Limitless? An unraveling or whatever of various levels of intelligence and cognitive abilities .

I think QL will be upgraded only with MAX and nothing else.
