No. I meant if you’re going to listen to it on the same day, at the same time every week. At that point, there is no “before or after.”
You all are going to have to slowly get used to the idea that less is more. With ZP v3, possibly even ZP v2 MAX’s optimized build, you won’t need to listen that often. In fact, listening more often may not even boost results. It’ll be more about consistency.

I been preaching it but noone’s listening 
The official recommendations need to be completely re-vamped.
I haven’t seen many people who can actually run 3 titles @ 15 minute loops every 2nd day for the full 21 days without way too much recon and reduction of results.
As I see it, with that schedule, people are completely burnt out within 14-18 days.
Even @Sub.Zero, the most regimented, recommendation-following-user that I can think of, has recently journalled that an intuitive listening pattern is more effective for him (if I’m reading his posts correctly - he can feel free to correct me!)
Official Recommendations and Best Practices are just sooo different.
Sales page says to listen to 30s of DR:LD if it’s your first time, and bro, even 1m of it SLAMMED me with recon…
Imagine someone not on the forum, not reading results, just buying and trying subs themselves, listening for 15 minutes every second day wondering why his life is falling apart?
Official should be something like listen to 5 mins every 2nd-3rd day, if you can handle that no issue, add a second subliminal, or add more time. IDK, that’s for you to decide, you guys got this

I don’t even run subs or customs for 15 mins lol. I usually do 5 - 7 mins every other day mon-fri with weekends off

I’ve been using 15 minute loops of 2 or 3 title stacks since ZP launched. Only time I experienced bad recon was when I was not following the “pushes” some titles were giving me, and when I skipped the wash out between changing titles.

Let’s not be dramatic. No one’s lives are falling apart. Not a complaint we’re receiving. Most of the people here tend to use really hard stacks because they’re driven, which leads to increased recon. We’re not actually at the point where we HAVE to lower everything, but that’s the end goal.

Can we get a wealth sub for the users who already are walking the walk and want to run with the (really) big boys?
No hand holding, no finding your purpose. Just wealth generation to the max. A sub that is not meant for the beginners.

i just stick to 5 min… whether it’s a sub or a multi core custom
good thing rest days are important with ZP subs… unlike before you need to listen to it daily for 2 to 8hrs minimum (previous tech). ZP really changed the way we use subs… we’re lucky to have SubClub
i use bone conduction headphones and it still works perfectly as intended.
i think of subs as planting seeds… let it grow roots in your mind on rest days.

R.I.C.H. is money manifestation for those who already have multiple paths of revenue. It supercharges the manifestation scripting in any other wealth sub, as well as provide its own manifestation scripting. It can be used by those who don’t have income generating vehicles, but it works best when you do.
