It seems to me that Sanguine ZP is heavily geared towards optimism and stoicism. Is this true?

For me personally, I think Sanguine places a much greater emphasis on just being comfortable with who you are. The good and the bad.
Acceptance of ones faults are the beginnings of excellent healing opportunities because you can consciously guide what you want changed. At least that is my interpretation of it.
