Whoops, forgot all about that one.
I’m imagining running Dreams ZP, Mind’s Eye ZP and Ascension Chamber right before bed. Might be interesting.

I’ve been seeing a bunch of people talking about similar stuff lately.
I do the same thing, except in my game I project my consciousness back into my life at a certain time. There is no future knowledge, I have the same mind I had at the moment I jumped in. The only difference is that I have access to the latest subliminals. And of course (to prevent me from just jumping onto seduction titles) a planned program for the first two years.
I think that just having that would cause me to make the better choices without having to be told directly.
Interesting thought experiment.
I don’t play that game but I am incredibly curious how I would have handled or responded to endless situations in my past with the maturity and perspective I have now
Maybe you would have cut your hair short.
Maybe but highly unlikely.
On second thought I probably would have so I can donate it that my good friend @Sub.Zero can have a wig that allows him to be as fabulous as his is
You haven’t seen what Wanted did to me yet… In six months you’ll be begging me on your knees and with tears in your eyes to donate my beautiful red hair to you.
how about mine
Just sent you a PM, not related to this.
A testament to the staying power of ZP. I’ve been off the stack for over a week so I can get these titles out, and yet I’m still having recon. Today, it’s the fatigue / brain fog recon. I had to run Alchemist ZP Stage 3 through Q twice because I kept making mistakes.
Last night, I had a terrible nightmare in which I lost one of my parents. The emotional impact has left me shook all day.
Not sure what CFW is working on, but it clearly hit something DEEP.
That sounds ominous
I guess this is not an official recommendation to counteract recon?
But I, too, get random feelings from CFW even weeks later, and already being on other subs!
He means he had to rebuild it twice lol. I thought at first the same thing where he said he ran the sub twice.
Haha you’re right. I was confused about overloading with qv2 like that
Last month was definitely rough. After testing another version of Chosen From Within (both myself and the offline testers), which included a rewritten from scratch Rebirth, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s a bit too MUCH healing for public release for now. I’ll have to nerf it quite a bit and test it again, but that probably won’t be this month. Too much going on and I need to be in top mental shape.
That being said, once the reconciliation ended, I started experiencing some profound changes in my life, most of which won’t seem that important to you, but to me, these changes are incredible. First, my “disconnection from the matrix” has become exceptionally easier. By this, I’m referring to deleting all my social media accounts (including my favorite time waster, TikTok, which I geared toward crypto and financial news). I also watch very little television, and when I do, it’s YouTube running on the Apple TV, with some kind of scientific video playing on low volume.
I’ve begun selling off a lot of my tech that I’ve been holding on to, as that was one of my vices in the past – I LOVE tech stuff and I’m a bit of a gear nerd. I’m not quite over that vice yet, as you’re about to see, but my mind HAS shifted to making sure everything I purchase has a distinct purpose. I’m also preparing to downsize into a smaller living area as I currently have a 3000 sqft home in the city, and that’s just WAAAAYYY too big for two people. Too much to clean, too much to maintain. So, I’ve been working on creating dual purpose living / workspace. For example, a living room / den that can also serve as an office and gaming area. A few weeks ago, I posted the prototype:
That has evolved into this:
Now, as you can tell by all the wires and other odd elements, this still isn’t done, but I’ll explain the changes.
First, I switched monitors. That was a 32" Acer that I bought a few years ago. Now, the original monitor mount I was using had spots for two monitors and since I had two of those 32" Acer’s, I mounted them both (no pic of that version, unfortunately).
Here’s the issue – that setup was downright oppressive. Two, big ass 32" monitors just hanging in my face was waaaaaaayyyyy too much. It kinda defeated the purpose of what I wanted to achieve. So, I decided to sell both monitors and grab new ones, since I’ve had the Acers for awhile.
… yeah… I know, still indulging in that vice.
Anyway, the new monitor, which I spoke about earlier last week has all kinds of bells and whistles. Technically, it’s a gaming monitor, but I LOVE writing / designing on this thing. So very clear, and it supports DisplayPort and multiple HDMIs (I’ll get to why that’s important in a minute).
I also wanted two monitors – again, which I’ll get to in a minute – but I definitely didn’t want another 32". Just so happens that Dell made the same monitor in multiple sizes, and since my fiancee is obsessed with things matching, we’re going to blame her for why I was compelled, absolutely COMPELLED to buy the same one, just in 24".
Now, as you can see here – I’ve got two laptops. The new 16" M1 Macbook Pro and my gaming laptop, an HP Omen gaming laptop – this one: https://www.amazon.com/HP-OMEN-Gaming-GeForce-Accessories/dp/B092CR5DR1 (no affiliate link on any of these links).
I bought a special dock that’s mounted under the table that connects to the MacBook via Thunderbolt and can convert that port into an HDMI port. The new Mac comes with integrated HDMI, so I was able to hook the MacBook up to both monitors. The HP Omen comes with a DisplayPort (perfect for gaming), and an HDMI port, so I was able to hook it up to both monitors (with the DP one connected to the monitor in front of me, since DP was necessary for Nvidia G-Sync).
Then, I ran into another issue. How to connect the Razer Tartarus, Razer Huntsman and Logitech G502 mouse to both computers, so I don’t have to get up and switch all that out when going from computer to computer.
The solution? This little fun device that I have mounted to the side of my chair using command strips:
This allows you to connect up to four USB devices to two separate computers. The button on top designates which computer is active. When I want to switch back and forth between the Mac and gaming laptop, I just have to press that button and all my devices will switch to that computer.
How does this help productivity? I’ll give you a use case that happened today. When I’m building new titles, I literally won’t leave the computer, as I’m monitoring Q’s console window for any errors while it’s putting the subliminal together. So, I had the console and the forum up on the smaller screen, which was running on the MacBook, and the gaming laptop powering the main monitor (since I was playing a game while waiting :p).
In-between rounds, one little button press and I’m going from one computer to another, allowing me to check on the forum, look at the new titles, etc. without having to disrupt that flow state. Yes, having two laptops may be overkill for most, but convince Apple to release Logic Pro X (and no, not switching to another DAW, I’ve been using Logic for 9 years) for Windows and I’d probably be done.
And then, of course, there’s the last part – the PS5 and stuff. I barely play it, but I moved it closer anyway. The goal here is to be able to switch from device to device with relative ease, without messing up a flow state and to minimize space.
Now, what’s next? Some of you may have noticed the 10lb weights on the right side of the desk. Yeah… turns out this desk was not quite ready for what it was asked to do, and started to tip over once I added the second monitor, lol. I literally dove across the room to save my investment. Right now, everything’s fine, but eventually I want a studier desk.
Then, better cable management. I bought these sleeves to cover up some of the billion wires running everywhere, but the top of the desk is still pretty messy. You can see the sleeve here, holding the HDMI from the Mac and PS5, and the DisplayPort cord from the HP Omen:
NOW…
Wanna see a difference between myself and @Fire? While I have a bombastic setup with RGB and calming lights and bamboo plants from Ikea, he did this:
This is the most comfortable Oculus you’ll ever use. He spent weeks hunting down the perfect accessories, fixing all the issues he had with wearing it for long periods of time. Ya’ll, @Fire’s Oculus has a FAN. It also has special straps that somehow remove the pressure from your neck.
He then uses a program called Immersed (I think) that allows him to have multiple virtual monitors floating in front of him, as well as awesome backgrounds and calming sounds. This thing literally blocks out the world, perfect for those late night scripting sessions.
So, yeah – I spent a lot of time on that, but I just wanted to show how even something like this is a result. Being able to enjoy this workspace means I can continue my journey toward a smaller home and more simplistic life. I can also do pretty much all of my creative hobbies without leaving a flow state because I don’t even have to move.
I set alarms for every 2 hours to get up and move for 30 minutes, which I’ve been spending hitting the heavy bag or going for a jog, etc. Everything just seems to be so positive in my life, and I know CFW v2 had much to do with it, but I just can’t run it at this moment. Soon.
Dude,
"bit too MUCH healing for public release "
If the public needs more than anything I would say it would be healing.
LOL
CFW is a game changer.
Dude release this.
Is that Samuel L. Jackson as Mr. Glass?
Good eye.
Unbreakable is one of my favorite movies, but it was hard to find a good poster for it, so I just used his Mr. Glass portrait from the movie “Glass.”
