I was just curious as to what sort of recon a person would get with LBfH. What you said is true. That is one of those subs that should probably be run for years. Completely change a person’s life. So much of the negative shit in the world is because people don’t love themselves

Hunger has plummeted on KB, don’t even feel hungry until late evening. Took this opportunity to get some fasting in, which seems to be increasing results. Also, a lot more energetic and it feels like my mind processes high level concepts much faster. Would love to stack with RoM, but since we’re in R&D mode, I don’t want to derail progress.

All in all, my favorite title since RoS.

There is something about Khan Black that just strips away layers and layers of pain while rehabilitating you at the exact same time. Best way I can put it. @Fire outdid himself in this one. It’s such a beautiful title that we’re debating revisiting it — writing more copy, seeing what we can upgrade, etc. There was even a time when I wouldn’t even have posted what I’m about to post because I was afraid that people would run with it, turn it into something it’s not.

But this is NFTW. And we no longer cater to scared people who project their fears and traumas on others who are more open minded than them.

If I didn’t have so many responsibilities, I’d definitely run with a RoS, RoD and KB St. 4 stack.

And I always thought people ought to run subs that cover the areas where the growth is the most essential. Regulating your energy seems to be quite important.
