Great, great book that explains the whole concept of pattern (habit) forming and dissolving in a simple and practical way. The book is a must for everyone who is serious about their self-development and succeeding in life.
Thanks, @James

You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than with your current results
From the book Atomic Habits
Your current patterns (habits), way of being and doing things. Where are they leading you?
Hope that eye of the storm and victorys call in my custom can help destroy my negative habits.
Genesis is there too to help me try out new things and make out a positive habit out of it.
It works slowly, but its working, very dense custom
What’s the custom?
Both of those modules are amazing.
If it’s really dense, consider running it alongside Sanguine: Elixir and ONLY running those two subs.
SE is really good at helping run dense customs, plus, the feel good effects gives you a lot of energy to enjoy doing your habits. If you’re gonna build a habit, it might as well feel good!
Emp
Stark
Primal
Gen
Inner gasoline
Emperors voice
Power talk
Hegemon
Dragon tongue
Story teller
Song of joy
Rogue
Iron frame
Eye of the storm
Victorys call
Extreme excercise motivation
Ego adsum
Everpresent
Subc flow
Omnidimensional
Wouldnt recommend so many cores for beginners.
Just use recommandet guidelines i made my experiments and it works goodf or me when running
3/5/7 min loops
I have many feel good modules in my other custom but its dense too
Sry for hijacking the thread
My customs are kitchen sinks but that is a kitchen sink nightmare lol
Emperor and Stark are already Dense but adding Primal and Genesis makes it super dense… and a bit out of focus
Just my 2 cents as a master of the art of kitchen sink stacks lol
The thought of that as a custom give me recon
Hehe yo, yesterday was the first day it kicked in when i was at a bachata dance class.
Felt good and today is even better
Socially grounded, fun infront of 30 new faces
I actually saw it and my first thought was that those 4 pair really well together, but, until someone actually ran it, I would never have thought of it.
I mean, you’ve gotta know what you’re doing to run it, for sure. But there’s a certain logic to it.
Emp+Stark is some people’s favorite combo, but it’s advanced. Add Primal for the sexuality of it which emp/stark both have a minor amount of but not emphasized, and then add Genesis to round everything out and add some of the newest tech.
Reminds me of Sentinel who ran Emp+Stark+Wanted, Emp+Stark was his favorite combo. And IIRC he likes genesis a lot. New Tech is hard not to love haha.
I’d normally call anyone who wants to run this crazy, but since he already admitted he’s crazy for running it, now I just see him as an innovator
Hope you plan on running that for a long time lol
Sure, until zp3 comes out
Hopefully im not falling for shiny object syndrome when new stuff comes
hopefully i DO fall for shiny object syndrome when new things come out.
I had a feeling that the words “Mind Control” would trigger you, when actually after watching the video its really about emotional persuasion.
Unfortunately the words “Mind Control” leave a bitter taste amongst the community. I personally don’t like those words
I remember the phrase…
“People Don’t Buy Products or Services — They Buy Emotions.”
The SuperBowl is a good example; notice how many people watch the real game as opposed to others who only want to see the halftime show and the ads.
Talk about thrist trap
Without emotional persuasion it would be hard to sell any lifestyle product or service successfully.
IMO
Who is the cause of the subconscious training to hate their product?
Parents, society or their families?
Unless you intentionally decided to do that. I don’t know how many people who would do that.
In most cases, it’s society and or your parents that make you feel like you’re not good enough, or any product or service that you would ever create, right?
Babies don’t come out of the wound thinking they aren’t good enough. last I checked
I mean, thats the whole reason why your company exists, right? To help people believe in themselves and that their creations have value.
Nine times out of ten, the company who created the product are not the ones who are actually marketing the product.
That’s why they hire big marketing firms to sell their products.
Those who criticize money must not understand their value, right?
As far as I’m aware, money doesn’t get up and start working on its own. Unless someone uses that cash productively.
When people understand that they are worth more than all the money in the world, they will stop chasing it; in fact, money will start chasing after them. But not until they are aware of their value.
If you are aware of your value, you won’t despise wealth or wealthy people.
This is nothing new. Aristotle discussed this in his classic treatise on persuasion, Rhetoric. From Wikipedia:
In Chapter 1, Aristotle notes that emotions cause men to change their opinions and judgments. As such, emotions have specific causes and effects. A speaker can therefore employ this understanding to stimulate particular emotions from an audience. However, Aristotle states that along with pathos, the speaker must also exhibit ethos, which for Aristotle encompasses phronesis, arete, and eunoia.
Replace “speaker” with “marketer,” and you’re good. My issue isn’t with the idea of marketing as emotional persuasion, it’s with people trying to define that as “mind control,” as that’s just another way for people to blame their decisions on something else.
The majority of people who want more money but can’t seem to ever earn more. They’ve subconsciously trained themselves to associate wealth with “evil billionaires,” even though that level of wealth only exists in the top 1%.
The same people who want to be rich will spend their days saying “eat the rich,” and honestly wanting to do it, which creates a wealth ceiling in their mind, since “wealth” is associated with “being evil.” To avoid “becoming evil,” they will subconsciously avoid acquiring wealth.
So, to become wealthy, an individual must change their mindset on wealth and if you’re going to get rich through making a product, you have to change your mindset on marketing.
And that’s that.
That’s why Subliminal Club exists right
Change your mindset, change your life
Interesting, I’ve been noticing I have certain limits to using “click-bait” or even have hard time sometimes wrapping my head around providing value to people in the form of content. Also the idea that sometimes you need a nice hook maybe even a click bait to be seen in the noise. To reach your tribe.
Any suggestions for how to break that ceiling? I have some form of ceiling. Been doing alot is introspection lately and I can see different layered ceiling in many areas.
I was thinking of going back to basics for a while and also work on these limits or blockages/entanglements I have, do shadow work etc while at the same time still strive and not pause all my ambition.
I was planning to run Genesis and Dragon Reborn: Limit Destroyer for a while.
Took me a while to realize what clickbait is.
There is good and there is bad clickbait.
Good clickbait:
Bad clickbait:
So, to bring my Marvel Snap examples, many use “Broken deck” or “this is insane” in the titles and thumbnails.
This is fine as long as the deck you’re playing in the video is ACTUALLY good.
Is it broken? Is it insane? Probably not, it’s good and works well, you’re just exaggerating on the title.
Most people are entirely fine with it.
Then again, if you have issues with clickbait you might also have issues with being judged by people.
The Youtube game is about exaggerating and capturing attention. You need to go overboard with this a bit.
It’s fine tho. Just run Chosen in your stack and ppl will love you anyway
Definitely some social anxiety when I’m center of attention at times. As I said I’m noticing all these ceilings I never thought I had. It’s because I’ve been for various reasons disconnected from my body / emotions.
The amount of YouTube videos I’ve skipped over because the thumbnail was just trying too hard is pretty high. Maybe I’m just in the minority but I appreciate content that has a balanced approach that showcases the creators personality vs relying on tired old YouTube tactics that everyone started to mimic.
