Yes and it has worked. I also went down a rabbit hole of research.
6 weeks taking it daily followed by a break & then started a maintenance dose once a week until the bottle is done.

By all means, you may stop conversing with me on this topic if you so desire, as I have stated multiple times in the past.
Most people don’t realize that they have a tendency to score their lives and will literally start thinking of a song whenever something happens.
My head is a neverending jukebox with songs randomly in rotation. I’ve just accepted it at this point I don’t think it ever stops.
I have a thing where if I get super extreme emotionally, music starts playing in my head.
Anger, sadness, even happy makes relevant music show up. It’s annoying sometimes.
The only time that was different is one time a guy I worked for shorted my paycheck by almost half, I was so beyond rage my thoughts just stopped. Empty mind. It was weird haha.
Just the irony in that TikTok… TikTok… (Why I’m not on any of those apps)
BTW meant this as a joke…
Yeah, it’s a funny app
Sometimes you can find some golden nuggets in tiktok.
But for the most part it’s just trash
With the exception of people who actually have talent
Which one did you use? If you don’t want to say here can you PM me? <3
I have been in monk mode of tv, music since 2022. No tv at all, I only pick & listen to songs if lyrics are all good and positive. FYI, I only listen to music 2 or 3 days in 1 or 2 months, sometimes when I find good songs, the listening days increase for a while then back to 2 or 3 day in 1 or 2 months.
Months ago, I go thru Music thread to find good song to listen. One time, I picked “Labrinth - Mount Everest” because the song sounds great. But after I see the video and check back the last part of its lyrics. Shift + Ctrl + Delete is “Labrinth - Mount Everest” destiny. Now I don’t even check the Music thread any more since too many “sound good but negative to the core songs” are there.
When I say to people around me that music is eventually controlling their mind, they say I’m crazy. So I learn to shut my mouth up
When I’m having a good run on the subs, I notice all the songs that come on the radio while driving are good ones. But when in recon, all the songs that play are horrible. I wonder sometimes if it’s my perception based on moods or if it’s deeper, like frequency and vibration attraction while in different states.
How have you found the technology monk mode? I just gave up a pretty nice laptop. I hope it will help me be more productive and enjoy life more. So far, I’ve only noticed I’ve been using my phone more but I’m thinking out strategies to avoid replacing one device with another.
You are asking the right question, this could be the answer. But you need to dig deep and learn more about it.
For technology, I minimize its usage so that I’m not affected in a bad way. I’m kind of out dated in term of technology, news and entertainment. When out having conversation with other, most of them are suprised because I don’t know the latest news, don’t hear the latest songs, don’t watch the latest series.
I don’t blame you for not following the news, it’s all lies anyway and the latest ‘entertainment’ is woke trash. I mostly listen to the same music I did when I was a teenager unless I’m listening to the radio
I think your approach is solid. Don’t be too strict, but minimise use as best as possible to avoid any negative effects.
I calibrated most my songs after scale of conciousness
Wanted 500 and above .
Edm and classical music genre wise is highest. A lot of edm songs are about love . And accepting who you are.
Like they even made an experiment of This . They split a group of depressed people into two.
One group got to listen to gangster rap, death metal the other classical music and uplifting music.
With that alone one of the groups started feeling happier. And slowly moving out of their depression. While the other group was just stuck.
Don’t feed story lines and narratives that are not aligned with who you want to be.
I recently listened to some old songs from Three Days Grace. I mean the song “I hate everything about you” kinda gives it away, but all of them are literally hating on partners and ex-partners.
I like the music, but it occurred to me, “why do I put this in my mind?”
As much as I love Marvel Movies and Marvel Snap, one must be clear what message these movies portray.
Hero story? Sure.
But deeper goes the overpopulation and “humans are bad for the universe” message.
I almost always listen to music without any singing and therefore any lyrics, in my background.
Like various focus, and concentration music when I am doing something at work or for my own benefit.
When I want to chill and not do anything important, or just read I have a tendency to listen to chill, jazz, lofi music.
Sometimes I even listen to fireplace like this one
or rain, nature sounds.
An alternative that i also do is listen to songs in a language that i don’t understand. Their voices become like another instrument in the song instead of lyrics.
“Amazing Grace” sung in Celtic by Karen Matheson is amazing
The same reason I love well made movie sound tracks.
Here are some of my favorites:
I’ve been down the road of only high vibe or positive music before. Idk it feels too restrictive to me, like when people deny their shadow. Admittedly gangster rap is in my rotation a lot. But I see it as another person telling a story and their experiences, I don’t try to relate lol.
Would anyone be willing to discuss this more in another thread? I think there’s more nuance to it that will inevitably derail saint’s journal more.
