Thanks to the individual you knew here as “Madara,” who has been scamming and attempting to extort us by repeatedly opening new accounts to bypass the blacklist, buying products and filing false PayPal claims (and leaving fake reviews that we aren’t honoring our refund policy), we will be pulling PayPal as a payment source in the near future. He is threatening to “post the screenshots” of us allegedly defrauding him publicly. We’re like, shit mofo, we’ll post them ourselves.
I’d rather go broke than to let a scammer like this ever hold any power over us. With Stripe, he’ll have to commit credit card fraud again, which will undoubtedly lead to them taking legal action, as credit card fraud is quite illegal in multiple countries. We will work out something for our current customers before taking any action.
So, here’s his claim:

As you can see, he has purchased multiple products in the last eight months, then immediately demanded a refund. We then contacted the individual, let them know that they are no longer allowed to purchase products and all new refund requests would be denied.
Well, first – just look at the way his ticket is written, and then look at these response he wrote the last time we banned him:
But – obviously we have more definitive evidence. Whenever you place an order on our site with PayPal, that order is assigned a transaction ID on our end. We can click that transaction ID and see your order history on PayPal’s side. This prevents individuals from being able to scam us by simply making new accounts over and over, as their PayPal information is the same (notice the “F” and “n” at the beginning and end of the buyer info):
When we were doing our regular audits, we realized that this individual was registering multiple accounts, taking advantage of the new customer coupon, then immediately demanding a refund. Since PayPal decided to side in his favor, PayPal’s gone. We have appealed the decision and spoken with PayPal, and they recognized that we already won a case against him in the past, as well as called in to complain about this before.
If that appeal goes in his favor, it’s going to be removed. For those of you who rely on PayPal as your only method of payment, don’t worry – we have a solution for that. Let’s just see how this situation evolves.

I do not mind not having PayPal as an option. With customs, I am already paying with my card.
Some people are just wicked in their minds, very sad

Same. PayPal is convenient as it’s in my phone etc but definitely not required for me.
I’d rather you guys not have to spend any energy or time or money on such individuals.

I am usually hesitant to give my card data to any site and prefer a third party like Paypal, or Google Pay. But in this case, I know that it is in good hands so I do not mind.
Also, there is an option to have a bank account just only for paying online for instance Revolut or Wise.

Maybe it is time to cancel the refund policy and you will have peace. LBFH is still free, so if someone wants to try he or she can try that and then decide if they want to buy something else.
You can make the category FREE under CATEGORY or BY PRODUCT LINE so anyone can see that very clearly.

Very much agree with this.
Maybe create 3 more free, basic titles (wealth, seduction, spirituality), so people can get a taste and end the 30 day policy. With the forum and reviews I suspect not many will need the additional insurance to buy the programs.

Please stop the refund policy, you offer a digital product and have no business offering refunds for it. It genuinely doesn’t make sense from a business side of things.
Fuck Paypal, but I rather you keep Paypal as a payment processor and just stop the refund policy. LBFH is free, that shit alone will change your life. Maybe a Mogul-lite sub can be released with the new scripting as a sign of good will for those that can’t afford 35 USD, but fuck the refund policy. Too much work for nothing.

Easier to say that when we live in the West. People from countries with lower purchasing power should be taken into consideration.
Refund policy should be nuked regardless, it’s just there to be taken advantage of. Y’all don’t need to prove anything anymore, this shit works.
