I had a similar experience with RoM. I realized I add additional struggle to my strivings, where it hinders my success. Also turning my life into a self-help schedule of exercises and practices, forgetting I started with it to enhance my life, not turn into a self-help expert.

It go back and forth, all seriousness and sometimes all play. Hoping to keep the intent, but feel free from outcome. It’s a tough thing to balance for me.

On another note, RoM is definitely showing me how to relax and let go. I used to make everything into a method of self-improvement, including games. I’d only play games that seemed to have a tangible measure. Now I’m trying games for no other reason than unwinding and relaxing with friends.

So that’s why I ended up buying a ps5 and made league just a casual thing now

I have noticed this as well with RoM I felt pushed to go on a washout this Tuesday and I just went with the urge. Results have been amazing since RoM has been marinating on this washout. Looking back in my life I have been putting that stress on myself and while that method did obviously give me results, I finally understand how unnecessary that stress is but it was coming from a place of lack of self esteem, and not acknowledging my own potential.

Since then things have been a lot easier to do because I know I am capable of doing what needs to be done, and if I don’t get it the first time, I will the next time 🤷.

Even today at work I was hyping myself in my head and then out of no where a voice went off in my head saying, “You’re good, there is absolutely no need to hype yourself up.” After that I quit hyping myself up, and believed in myself. Not only was I very relaxed but also extremely productive at the same time.

I’m guessing it’s the scripting that gets you to slow down, enjoy life and observe, since observation is a major part of the unfolding process. In some odd way, I feel like these things that felt “worthless” in the past is actually upgrading me somehow, or teaching me something.

I seem to be developing the ability to call that “flow state” at will, and it no longer feels “automatic.” It’s a very engaged, active process where everything else seems to fade away and all my mental processes are dedicated to that task. Reflexes skyrocket during that period. Tomorrow, I’m going to attempt to call this state while on the heavy bag. Later this week, I’m shaving my head and testing it with the brain wave scanner we bought when testing ZP.

Seems like this part got intensified after adding the extra bits to RoM
Cause before (in the version I tested), it wasn’t as much at will, but I’ve noticed it with my workout today that I had the ability to turn on this next level instinctual action-taking haha

People just see it as you commanding more respect for yourself whilst it’s just begging for it in fact. If they saw the truth they would be more empathetic towards you. However, that requires a certain level of maturity. RV is a mature man and he acts for the good of the community and we need to always bear it in mind.
