SAAS start up upcoming

Hey All!

My SAAS product is nearing completion. I am heading the business side of things.
My initial role was only marketing. but now my role has expanded to the entire business.

Are there any SAAS business / Strategy resources anyone would like to share or recommend?

on the side,
My Stack is:

  1. Mogul
  2. Stark
  3. True Sell

I throw in Limitless Executive at times

In my opinion, this is a perfect stack for your goals.

Congrats on the expanded role (and product near completion).

re: Resources - Dan Martell is the best I know in the space. An abundance of SaaS growth training/content on his YT channel.

Much success!

I had a fall out with my tech partner. He disrespected me for something that wasnt even my fault.

Today i realised that by staying on with him, i will have to work as a puppet.

Now, i have 2 options

  1. Suck the insult in and continue going as things are going.

  2. Save my self respect and get out.

I think ill do the second

But bro, i cant work with someone who i dont feel comfortable with.
Is it even worth staying if i am merely seen as someone who can be treated like shit without reason.

Oh I agree with you. Don’t get me wrong. See this situation as a learning opportunity. Congratulations on gaining clarity on what you don’t want. Tony Robbins said that most people are clear about what they want but don’t think of being just as clear on what they don’t want. I commend you for thinking about exiting a work relationship where you’re not respected. A lot of people would have put money before respect.
We live in an abundant world. There are many more opportunities out there for you. Maybe this opportunity was just meant for you to gain clarity on who you want to work with, what you won’t accept and also for you to learn valuable marketing and business skills. Move on to the next opportunity without regrets. :muscle:

Thanks brother. Unfortunately im back into the idea phase.

Lasr 6 months down the drain

Surely you learned something?

Skills, the above mentioned what you do not want, something else?

Just keep on hustling.

On a side note: Have you thought about why he disrespected you? Maybe he was threatened by your progress?

The disrespect was nothing related to business.

He is a tech genius and already doing well in life, far better than many. So, he feels like he is entitled to treat people any way he wants to.

Long-term yes. Stick with what you’re running now to avoid any shocks until you finish any big upcoming tasks.
