In K1 you hire a demolition squad to blow up all the rubble and destroy the base to make a new one. In DR1 you got dragon flame to melt all the crap including your very foundations

Totally upto you, my friend.
I’ve run Khan Stage 1 (Pre-Q) once and I had an impression it did next to nothing for me. Probably because I had been running alpha programs for five years. So I wouldn’t run Stage 1 unless I hadn’t run any healing program for a long time and I felt I needed it.
Did you do 12 loops of DR in one day?
I don’t know if there is any way to prove that. However, it is tempting to think.
I think @Lion is demonstrated his prowess with surreal numbers. But surreal more in the sense of Monty Python rather than traditional math.
Yes, I did it yesterday. It was a bit too much for me. I’ll be sticking to ten loops per night. It gives me what I wanted although I’m still experimenting and I would never advise it to a newbie and probably many experienced users wouldn’t follow my advice either. Besides there’s another approach which is trendy nowadays,
The fact you’re doing 10 loops scares me. I just dropped from 2 of DR back down to 1
Why did you do that? Was it too much for you or you just want to follow the general approach right now?
I’ve been listening to subs for almost six years, therefore, I have strong foundations and a lot of my inner shit has been kicked out already. I was not planning on running DR knowing/feeling there was not much if anything to clear out but gave it a try and I absolutely don’t regret it. It’s a great sub. On top of that, stage 3 looks very appealing to me and I can’t just wait to give it a try. Also, DR Ultima is something I want to put at work when the right time comes.
Well, to be honest I was actually going to say I dropped from 3 to 1 for Khan Stage 3, but I said from what I had DR at which was 1-2 anyway.
Minimum is 1, maximum for now is 2. I’d rather not spend a long time processing and just use the lower end of loops. I think my sleep at the moment is affected because of how much information my body is trying to process, amongst other things too.
I haven’t been listening to subs that long, on and off and if I was using subs it was only ones that I made or found on YouTube (that was questionable…) so I didn’t really have a proper foundation until SubClub which explains why I was having a hard time processing higher numbers in my opinion.
DR is a great sub so far. I’ve had some physical stuff in terms of my knee not be some problematic and little bits of stuff so far. I’ve literally only been using 1-2 loops each day/night.
@Brandon I didn’t run as many loops yesterday as @Sub.Zero did but I probably ran at least eight. I woke up with a brutal headache and feeling more than a little anxious. Not doing that again
@James I don’t know how you guys do it…
The most I’ve ever run of one sub is maximum 6 loops and that was when I was running Stark/Khan Stage 2/3 but I’d alternate the days.
I’d add Ultima’s on top of that. Jesus what a mistake that was
I guess it’s all experimental.
@Brandon Like you said its experimentation. You don’t know what your threshold or comfort zone is until you push against it or in case of @Sub.Zero and myself take it out behind a shed and beat it senseless
Oh I totally agree man, gotta make those mistakes for sure.
I’ve made plenty of them on this journey so far and now I’m fixing them out for a smoother and, in most ways, better experience.
I love the fact that you guys try to push the boundaries on your journey to see what you can ultimately handle. It does help us guys when you report back too, but at the same time I do get worried about you stonewalling/having strong reconciliation or something else.
If listening to DR was an endurance sport, you’d have me beat!
So I have strong recollection. Who cares? I have yet to stonewall. I would rather test my limits and see what I can handle. I’m 52 and I spent years and decades as well as pissed away shit tones of money on books and programs that don’t do even close to a fraction of a fraction of what SubClub and specifically what Elixir and Dragon Reborn do
If I have a day where I’m not doing much and I think I can handle it I may go for nine loops and finish the day with Elixir
