So I recently joined and ended up getting chosen, AM, sanguine, and love bomb for humanity.
My question is would I be able to run chosen + am + love bomb for humanity together?

Yes but follow the guidelines. However if you’re new to listening to subs altogether, I would stick with 1 or 2 subs in the beginning.
AM for the main sub since it’s a great foundation sub. If you choose 2 subs pick either Chosen or LBFH.
This is just my suggestion though, if you are experienced and feel you can handle 3, then I would make LBFH the day you listen to one sub, since healing subs can overtake a stack

Not together on the same day.
Choose which ones you want to run (3 maximum) and run two on one day, take a rest day with zero subliminal input and then run the next one by itself. Run each one for one loop each. Trust me, you don’t need more than one loop per day.
I was running a healing title once a week and saw results throughout the week. I’ve decided to cut down on loops to one loop of all subs per week rather than twice per week. Less is more.
