What does it mean (in terms of number of loops) to run a title as a major program or when to run as a booster? For example the below stack idea is from the RICH Ultima sales page:
The R.I.C.H. Artist Stack: Ultimate Artist, StarkQ, R.I.C.H. Ultima (run as a major program) + Limitless Executive (run as a booster)
So could anyone fill in the blanks here:

Also does one play the full stack every day?

Qs are always Majors. Only Ultimas can be boosters or majors.

So, I guess the pure Mood/Aura Enhancers and the original Stack Modules would be Boosters. And they are Optional, meaning you may or may not play them on any given day.
booster means running it 1-2 loops I’d say, major program means like 3-4 loops
I’d fill the blanks probably like
UA x2 (or 3) (major)
StarkQ x 3(Major dominant sub if you want to give one more importance over others - I actually do same number for all I run)
RU x2 (or 3) (major)
LE x1 (booster)

you start with 1 loop a day, and build up until you reach the sweet spot (if u feel recon you lower)
Okay, that makes sense. Maybe start the major program with 2 loops and the others with 1 loop each. Keep booster as one loop and increase other loops by 1 until sweet spot is reached

Don’t overthink this, ya’ll – it’s in the instruction manual and in the support guides. It’s purely based on loops and stack composition. We even put in the article to: “Please refrain from attempting to “cheat” these recommendations. Don’t try and use an Ultima as a major title one day, booster as the next day as an attempt to skirt the recommendations (unless you’re experimenting and you’re aware of the potential pitfalls).”
I feel like that’s what a lot of people try to do. Play lawyer games with the recommendations by re-defining certain terms to justify breaking them. If you’re running an Ultima for 3-4 loops a day, you’re using it as a major program, not an Ultima. If you have a properly created stack and you toss a loop of The Executive in at the start of the morning to get a boost, then you’re using it as a booster.

I’d start with 1 loop per day for 1 week and then notice the results. Then maybe try 2 loops per day for 1 week. etc.
I’d play it after the module that I wanted to be influenced by the aura. So if I wanted RICH Ultima to be influenced by Aura, I’d first play Aura then play RICH.
I think a common mistake is that people play aura modules and secretly hope the aura will do all the work for them. Remember to take action towards what you want rather than expecting the aura to do the work for you. Auras are to give you an advantage rather than to be the work horse.
