Role of active visualisation?

@Saiyan4Blue’s recent LIbertineU updates sparked a question in my mind about active visualisation that is in tune with the sub you’re currently listening to.

@SaintSovereign @RVconsultant @DarkPhilosopher

In the testing, were the testers suggested/advised to use active imagination? Was imagination used as a component in the testing?

I’m not asking for any inside knowledge. If you cannot comment just say so and I will understand if I’m crossing boundaries.

Has anyone else here tried active visualisation while listening to subs instead of listening passively.

In my experience, passively listening works, no doubt.

But the way Saiyan talked about his mindblowing results made me think of getting more from the results we’re getting if that makes sense.

I’m also currently using stuff for my chakras where the creator has strongly suggested visualisations.

If anyone has tried any such thing please share.

Thanks

I’ve tried what you call active visualization solely when I was using Mind’s Eye.

I’ll tag the one guy that pops into mind.

I find it much easier to imagine stuff when listening to subs. Maybe it’s the mask helping me get into deeper alpha. Definitely easier though.

Also I found it helps if I imagine things relevant to the sub. Probably common sense. But that’s what I found.

Sometimes I think, when listening to “healing” dons, it helps to consciously “aim” the healing by thinking about an issue that bugs you at present. Or even I’d it’s just a “bad” feeling. Using the conscious mind to pull that stuff up helps I suspect.

can u define “helps?” what do u mean by ur stmt?

I guess I mean it’s easier. If I listen to a wealth sub but try to imagine great sex, it isn’t as good of an imaginal experience

That’s interesting that you should mention that. Sometimes when I’m listening to a healing sub, I’ll bring up bad things that’s happened to me, and I find that I’m smiling from ear to ear while I’m imagining(reliving) the unpleasant memory. This helps to convince my conscious mind that subs aren’t scams. That they are actually doing something. And yeah, it might very well help speed the healing process.

Before there was Ultima, there were superchargers. Basically a guided meditation with an ultrasonic backing track which caused rapid state shifting.

There is a definite advantage to your conscious mind sending the same intent and message as the subliminals are sending.

I can’t speak about the tests, but I can say there’s a reason why visualization is seen as one of the best self-development tools. Even if Saint and Fire eventually concluded they could achieve subconscious visualization using subs as well.

I personally advocate practicing active visualization often. At least in the morning. After getting out of bed, from a list of goals pick one and spend about 5 to 10 minutes visualizing on it. Obviously it is better when it aligns with the purpose of the subs even if you’re not yet listening to subs.

I also think it is quite common that it is harder to visualize something other than what the subs are supporting. Much like Palpatine I often have difficulty daydreaming about some subjects when the subs are headed in a different direction.

For example, on Dragon it was nearly impossible for me to think about sex. The visualization simply didn’t come through clearly and I got distracted rapidly. But seeing myself tending my hydroponic garden next to my lake/forest cabin, living a peaceful and natural life, that was a very easy daydream.

Yeah visualization is a great tool. listening to theta or alpha waves helps and lightly tapping the 3rd eye a few times can help stimulate inner visions.
visualizing white light is really good, it’s essentially prana (and golden light is compressed prana)

I don’t know.

Not for me.
