You’d probably get faster results running Rich and Mogul both in ZP/Zero Point build.

As Palpatine said, you’d get better results using the zp versions, especially with the new Rich Experimental, which works ridiculously fast.

To answer your question directly, yes, pairing RICH and Mogul is fine, whether you do it in ultima or ZP format.
Ultima is no longer available for download. So, if and when you buy rich/mogul at the store, they’ll come in ZP, the most optimized version of the program.
If it’s an old title you have access to, it’s up to you whether to listen to ultima or Download the new ZP.
And if you only have access to ultima… you’ve downloaded the programs without paying for them, which is silly, because you’re buying a wealth abundance program, and downloading that is the equivalent of starting your abundance journey with scarcity thinking - meanwhile the newest version with a bit of action will pay back the program’s costs within a few weeks either by better money habits, free gifts, or new opportunities
