Each stage for EoG it is recommended to run 2 sets each stage. My main staples in my stack are Emperor and House of Medici
Would it be a good idea to get the full effects to run a pattern like this to really hit the spectrum for my third title.
EoG1x2, EoG2x2, EoG3x2, EoG4x2, RICHx2, EoG4x2, RICHx2 & repeat. This way I get periodic healing and focus on each stage like a cycle, then really smash stage 4 and rich, before reinventing myself by starting the process again the next year.
If my math was calculated correctly that’s 364 days, so essentially a year.
Or is it better to just do 2 sets EoG4, 2 sets RICH over and over because you only need to go through EoG1-3 once
or is EoG4 better than RICH if you already took the time to go through the stages and you just need to keep running that one.
Or same as previous situation but you run EoG4 for 4x then go back to stage 1 to clear up mental debree from kicking ass.
