I had changed my listening schedule to a 1 on and 2 off schedule as i was experiencing recon but now im at the point where im listening to my custom at full loops and these past 4 days iv done the standard listening shchedule 1 on 1 off and havnt had any recon,so would it be a good idea to go back to it?
Try it out. If you feel recon add a rest day when needed.
