My question is how many results enhancement are needed and or what would the max number be for the limit? Had this for an idea for a custom ultima in the future; R.I.C.H ultima core, market weaver, Omnidimensional, and Yggdrasil. Was wondering if i could add say like two more results enhancement to this or is it perfect as is?

This is an excellent custom. Since you already have Yggdrasil and Omnidimensional as Result Enhancers, this is more than enough.
We must remember that even if you are adding extra Result Enhancers, it still needs to be run in the subconcious and it will take subconcious effort even if they are enhancers.
So 4 is the sweet spot and you have 4 modules including enhancers which is perfect
