Rest days, how many, when?

Hey dear SubClub users,

I’m running KhanQ and PCCQ as main programs. How many days should I take? I have taken very few rest days in the last 5 and a half weeks. Today I took a rest day, did not feel reconciliation, maybe I’ll take two more rest days tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

So, What is your recommendation?

I’d take. 2-3 days off. You don’t need to go crazy with it.

Do 2-3 days off, then do 2 days off per week. I guarantee that the results you have will just stabilize and become better with rest days. Rest days will help your brain internalize and process the affirmations, so make sure to include them every week :wink:

You can also cycle your rests, like doing some period where you listen to your subs with more density and another period of time where you include those rest.

You got to think of it like lifting weight. Changing up routine, changing the volume per muscle group, doing some period more intensezsome period less intense, etc. :wink:
