Rest day specific question

I don’t know if this question has been answered already

Do you apply rest days for SC subs exclusively or for all subs including YouTube

I sometimes listen to YouTube subs/frequencies for specific needs if it ever comes up

Im on 1 loop of Regeneration for now, Im going to move up to 2 loops after my rest days coming up

All the subs you’re listening too. It’s not as much about taking a rest as about giving enough space for processing and any subliminal input diminishes that.

Don’t listen to youtube subs while you’re listening to subclub subs. It’s in the manual. You run the risk of them clashing and maybe not even working.Don’t run other subs from other companies.

I don’t mean the manual specifically mentions youtube subs, it does say don’t use them with other subs from other compannies.

i hear ya

Right now Im just running regeneration

i don’t use youtube subs them for major scripts or topics

they do work nonetheless but not as effective as SC I would imagine

there’s just specific certain things that are not included in SC subs and I rather not buy a custom sub to get the job done, i don’t know the modules too well for SC

i dont really believe in clashing perse, its kinda if like you believe or dont believe in something then it shall be so

i havent been using SC subs like really devout but I’ve noticed qv2 difference

i find it hard to just stay put with just SC

but ill try to stay exclusive with SC

gotta reread that manual lol
