So I just ordered some modules for customs and realized I purchased a module I already purchased.
I’m wondering
- Is there a way to be refunded this-should I send a support ticket on it?
- Is it possible to not be able to add already purchased products to cart or repurchase ?
- When I see a module inside of a set (like status) it says whether it was purchased or not, but when I click on it directly it will offer to add it into cart and not say it was purchased. I think simply having purchased modules within an account not available to be added to the cart could be useful. I have trouble keeping track of what I have or don’t have sometimes. Not sure if anyone else finds this somewhat challenging to navigate.
