The new support answers are AMAZING. I just notice that they spit out some weird answers that are factually not right sometimes, and @SaintSovereign has appreciated reporting those issues, and when I asked support where to report those issues, it also said post them to the forum.
Figured I’d make a thread for people to tag @SaintSovereign in with their janky responses
For example, today support told me Seducer’s Gaze doesn’t exist as a standalone module and can only be found in the synergy pack.
I’m actually adding a form to report incorrect support answers sometime soon after these launches. I’ll also tell Support to watch the answers closer. We’ll resolve this issue. Support has access to the tools, but they are still working on their product knowledge. @Fire and myself have pretty much memorized everything, so the system is easier for us to use because we have so much product knowledge.
support keeps on recommending customs that do not follow module numbers. It recommends name embedded customs with 2-3 modules and customs with 3-5 modules + cores
support is strongly recommending combining wanted and wanted dream boy despite that being recommended against (or, used experimentally) by Saint
This is not going to become a bash support thread while we’re in the middle of launching. Support has answered close to 500 tickets in the last month and what we’re not going to do is get fearmongering going because a few were janky while we’re finetuning the system. PM me all issues personally.
EDIT: I will reopen this thread after the launch of the latest titles. We’re just already getting fearmongering messages and the such.
EDIT EDIT: I did not intend to come across harshly. Just rushing to get the new titles out. Then we can all look at the tickets closer and get some more feedback.
