We’ve received a couple complaints about @SaintSovereign and myself not answering PMs, and hence not providing support to users.
This is a reminder - our PMs are not an official support channel. These are done in our own personal time, per our discretion, and even then we get so many we don’t even manage to read (not even talking about responding) every single one.
If you have a support question, you need to put it into support.
If you try to get around support, thinking you’ll get a faster response from us by messaging us on the forum - you won’t. The fastest way is and will always be support.
If we continue getting complaints about this from people expecting support from our PMs, then we will close down our PMs again.

For support, please go here - https://support.subliminalclub.com/, make a clear and concise ticket (numbered questions are very welcome and please no long 10 page life stories - keep in mind we had to create a character limit because people kept sending us novels, and the system will automatically delete massive tickets), and we will strive to respond within 3-5 business days.
