I’m pretty sure it does / includes some way of helping you achieve that if that’s required for your well being
just based on my personal experience with regeneration + what I know of sub club products 
It helped me deal with my brother’s suicide where I blamed myself for his death to some point so I guess it contains the programming you mentioned. Still not sure if it was Regeneration or Elixir or both.
