I’ve been on this two Subs for about 15days now.
My pattern goes as follows:
Day 1: Zp Reg
DAY 2: REST
DAY 3: Qv2 Elixir Ult
DAY 4: REST
DAY 5: Zp Reg
DAY 6: REST
DAY 7: Qv2 Elixir Ult
DAY 8 : REST and Repeat Cycle for 21days and 5 Rest days
This is the first time I’m journal writing
But This Zp Regeneration is kicking my Ass!
This program can really be intense. After about DAY 4 of these subliminals, I really started feeling (what I believe) are the effects of this.
I feel very tired and restless at times. But more importantly I just get so anger and frustrated. I am soo irritable at times for no reason. Something or someone would just trigger me in some simple way and BOOM!!! I’m on 10 with irritability. Some days a wake up with a feeling of Sadness.
Instead of feeding into the emotions (whenever I’m conscious of them) I will try to just watch and feel them without reacting. This can be difficult at times when I’m around others.
Today is a REST day, and I’m writing first thing in the morning, I feel better now lol. But last Night, I was extremely irritable and tired.
I’m going to work thru this 21day cycle. Then rest and chose another healing line up to help balance out my mood while trying to get thru these tramas.
