Refresher to maintain effects

I recall Saint saying that results will never ever be 100 % permanent. As our brains are dymanic like sponges. We are forever absorbing subliminal messages from the external environment.

Since i dont want to loose what i have gained from my qv2 emperor custom. Is it good to run your custom once a week as a refresher ?.

As well as running two of ZP products.

Only if it is one of the 3 titles in your stack.

If your stack is already filled with 3 other subliminals, i think something like this could work:

Days 1 to 45: ZP Stack
Days 46 to 48: Rest
Days 49 to 62: 2 weeks of Emperor Qv2 Custom. 5 days on, 2 days off
Day 63: Back to ZP Stack

Use subliminals to strengthen your mind’s ability to program itself.

Then you won’t need to feel dependent on subliminals.

I agree with this for the most part but sub club subliminals seem to be structured as more then just simple programming tools….

From what I can gather, the scripts they write literally provide and provoke questions and insights which lead your mind into growth through subconscious contemplation and integration.

Being good at programming your own mind is the secret to achieving literally anything you desire I agree….but I think no matter how good you are at controlling your own mind having what amounts to a genius outside source engaging your entire mental under the iceberg landscape in profound stimulating conversation encouraging growth and change where you at in a particular point in space and time gives you a clarity which will not only maximize your conscious self programming tenfold but provide a nuanced perspective which would not have existed otherwise thereby providing a depth of results you simply couldn’t get on your own even as a master of your mind.

All that to say, to me regularly relistening to a sub is less about programming your mind and more about keeping your mind engaged with with a particular perspective….so I think blacktigers question about a refresher is NOT about being dependent but staying engaged.

I think it’s probably about both.

I agree with you.
