Next month I’ve got a small operation coming up. What program or combo of programs could help me speed up the recovery?

A stack of Paragon Complete and Paragon Sleep (good sleep is also important for recovery).

You could also use Revelation of Dreams instead of Paragon Sleep if you would like the dream scripting along with the Paragon Sleep scripting.

And if you would like to add one more title to the stack, you could use the free Art of Happiness and Joy title to keep your spirits up as your body repairs itself.

As someone who went through surgery last year, I can assure you that Paragon is wonderful.

It seems a no brainer then. I want the restorative sleep, but who does not enjoy dreamiming?

Could the extra script be more demanding and lessen the restorative part?

Yes RoD is very demanding and would deplete the restorative part, or at least make it take much longer for you to get that effect.

Better to run Pzzz.

If you’re SUPER SERIOUS about lucid dreaming, then RoD could be perfect, but I also thought that RoD would be a “funner” version of PZzzzz and was very wrong, I prefer Pzzzz, RoD is much more dense and I wasn’t taking the non-pzzz parts serously
