Record of Subliminal Use

Usually I use an Excel file to log my subliminal loops.

I’ll post a screenshot.

This is the general format that I’ve landed on.

One telling thing that I noticed was that as I started counting down to my upcoming shift in the programs I run, I became a bit lax in my records-keeping. Part of the reason is that I’m just maintaining the same basic routine. But yeah, it’s also that I’m a bit excessively future-focused right now.

In general, though, I do find this logging approach to be pretty easy and convenient.

So, what is your method of logging? Welcome to share and maybe we’ll give each other some useful ideas.

This is great @Malkuth

As for me, I have a daily routine. I wake up around the same time everyday, run my loops.

I log in my daily stack in my journal.

a good point.

one of the reasons I needed a log in the first place was that I was running a variable schedule with a bunch of daily improvisation.

in the next period, I’m planning to play a much simpler stack with (I think) very little day-to-day variation.

I’ll probably keep a log anyway since I already have the habit at this point, and it feels good sometimes to see the thing grow as you log more and more days/loops.

I admire your diligence, I want to do the same to be honest.

For now, I just rely on my almost OCD like penchant for a routine and schedule, and that makes it easier for me to follow it to a T.

I wake up very early in the morning, run my first 3 loops before I workout, then shower, go about my day. Before lunch, barring any unusual deviation from my usual day to day routine I would have gotten through my 2nd set of loops and before 5 pm, I’m already choosing an Ultima.

I only run 3 loops of 3 majors and one ultima.
