Recon is like muscle soreness for the mind

I notice recon affects me very much like how muscle soreness affects me. Even the timing of it is similar; I get a bump in recon the day after, which goes down after 1-2 days.

Does anyone else relate?

Absolutely, your explanation resonates with my experience as well. Recon definitely has its impact, and that’s a great analogy. For a while, I was predominantly experiencing positive effects, but… we all have our turns with recon. It’s a testament to the complex and dynamic process of change that Subclub offers.

When do you normally feel like the recon peaks for you? Same day? next day?

Recon typically reaches its peak towards the end of the day for me. Usually I’ll wake up feeling much better. However there are instances when I wake up the morning after and still feel the effects at their peak, only to notice a gradual fade as the day progresses.

Haha, I was thinking the exact same during todays workout, overtraining being like overexposing yourself to subs. Its exhausting during it, but very rewarding afterwards.

Going through recon is the most challenging part for sure.

Agreed take action when possible.

the subs also have a great way of leading you into experiences and letting things manifest for you.

A lot of my change and success I can attribute from things coming into my life over me fixating to force outcomes.

Sometimes it’s almost the opposite and having faith and letting the game come to us.

Often times these experiences guides our actions that follow. Be it an opportunity that comes your way, an article you stumble across that lights something up, a person you meet.

Everyday despite how it’s going or how I may feel. I try and keep the mind frame that my subs are working for me, and to trust the process.

Ultimately I’m growing and climbing higher up the mountain of success I envision

Definitely a great analogy and how I view it as well in my experience. Overexposure can lead to burnout, stagnation, worry, impatience. It’s often when I make sure to take the days off that I make gains. Just like how gains are not realized in the gym (or when listening to the sub), but as the body and mind adapt on off days.

Shifting our focus towards upbeat, optimistic, and positively reframed thoughts during recon can indeed make a significant difference in how we navigate through it.

Personally, I rarely experience recon and usually just after starting running the sub since my counter-beliefs are still strong enough to oppose the scripting.
Am I special? I don’t think so. I’ve done essential healing and limit destroying, I’ve build much more personal power than I could even imagine was possible for me. I run full loops, lots of them, get excellent results and all negative effects I experience are subliminal discomfort (stemming from rapid changes in me and some old, obsolete defense mechanisms/reactions being triggered due to being tackled and neutralized), and the fact that the process is pretty energetically taxing on me (nothing extreme, just as if I learnt quite a lot every day - which is basically true since it’s training my brain through subliminal repetitions, and, thanks to the scripting, I “receive” different “interpretations” of my reality I need to choose from).

Below, there’s just my opinion on no results based on my experiences:

Getting no results is also a kind of recon. It’s when your counter-beliefs are too strong to “get conquered” by the scripting for whatever reason and/or the “new reality” is too far-fetched from your current one. Usually, it’s about subliminal reinforcement that is too weak and/or not taking sufficient action aligned with the scripting.

Thanks for sharing. Can you elaborate a bit on how you were able to expand your subliminal processing?

Are there subs that you found help?

I’ve done a lot of healing with DR and limit destroying with LD yet every sub challenges my counter-beliefs (those beliefs that are in the opposition to the scripting). However, I believe, most people can do it without extensive healing as they don’t really need it. It’s more about how you approach those powerful tools we have at our disposal. I recommend the self-adaptation approach presented below:

Choose and WORK (taking action) with subs that would help you make the most of your real desires, needs, natural abilities, and circumstances, helping you get to the “next level” , instead of running subs that are scarcely relevant to the aforementioned qualities, getting recon, and random results.

What do you think of result enhancers like pragya

I’ve never used it. Moreover, the best result enhancer is going beyond your current reality and comfort zone, and taking tons of action aligned with the scripting and your goals in order to build the reality you desire to live in.

RECON for me is growth.

It’s just the name we use for those moments when growth feels uncomfortable because we’re temporarily out of sync or out of integration with the growth process.

Imagine:

Mike Tyson stands in front of you and every 20 seconds, he punches a fist full of hundred dollar bills towards you. You take a step backward, and hold up an empty box before you. He opens his fist and drops the money into the box.

It’s great. Every 5 minutes you make about $5000USD. Wow! He’s so generous!

But every so often, either: 1) your mind wanders, or 2) Mike picks up the pace slightly and things get a bit faster.

Either way, you don’t take the step back at the right time.

What happens then?

Let’s just call it ‘Significant Unhappiness’.

You’re still getting $1000 per minute (i.e., growth is still happening), but…‘OUCH!!!’

But if you can watch his rhythm and sync up again, the pain eventually goes away, and you can receive your (financial) growth in peace and happiness.

Or if you realize that you’re too tired to even pay attention right now, you may leave the room for a while and avoid getting repeatedly punched in the face.

I think recon is also a little bit like this.

At various points, due to various factors, we have a little difficulty harmonizing with the pace of the growth process. At those points, the ride gets a little bumpy. We can either improve our synchronizing (by taking action and paying attention) or we can take a break (stopping the sub for a while).

Key dealings with recon for me is letting go of what is beyond my control and find peace within the chaos. From this point you will know what your needs are for your next step. Action? More exposure? Rest? Self awareness and decision making

This metaphor of post-workout soreness is staying with me right now. Feels very appropriate to my current experience. Beyond just the muscles; even the inflammatory processes in the tendons and fasciae, and the gradual calm-down.

Some aspects of reconciliation seem super-reminiscent of inflammation.
