Recon in the form of forgetfulness

Anyone notice it?
Examples:
The pot was on the stove with very little water left. I told myself that I will go grab my gym clothes, then I will go and turn off the heat. Then go to the MMA class. I took my clothes and comoletely forgot about the food and it was burnt.
I am washing dishes and I forgot to wash something and I leave it there for long time. And I bring my water bottle to the kitchen and to fill and start doing some other chore THAT SHOULD BE DONE) and I forgot the bottle infront of the sink :joy:.
The funny thing is that it was not like this before. It has been a few days since I am like this.

I don’t remember that.

Have you been clumsier than usual as well?

I would not say so

Ah well in my own experience what you wrote in your first post seems more like overexposure vs recon. I end up doing a lot of that kind of stuff if I accidentally overexpose.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I feel I have done this when overexposed … I wasn’t following listening recommendations for so long & now looking back I get why they have these things in place…

I am not overexposing
But a but of stack jumping I would say.

Maybe too many different scripts trying to process with a lot of identity shifting happening

Sometimes I feel like I’m moving between timelines and I get confused

It’s not recon it’s overexposure.

You should read my journal and tell me if it’s overexposure

It is equally important to remember things and forget some. When you step out of your comfort zone, doing new routines, you will forget short-term memories.

Not that I can recall, no.

It is overxposure def, I was under the spell of forgetfullness just a few weeks ago, more so when I was doing some physical activity becuase that is the time when script processes the most.
I have overxposed a lot (not proud of it) so I have had this many times!
Also one of the reasons I did not get the results I should have.

Hah I just couldn’t help myself

But yeah, there might be something to this, but I’ll have to pay more attention to see if that’s the case.
