How many days into a washout are you?
Yesterday was a rest day but I listened to 3 min of SSX and 30 sec of SE because I was going on a date
So today is technically first day

Might be a bit of a reconciliation from that stack. You will be fine soon.
Personally I don’t think too much about reconciliation whether am in my cycle or during a washout. I think “It is what it is”.
But I did notice that reconciliation is way less during the washout. The stack unwinds in me and blooms and when the washout is extended, it feels smooth when my mind is at rest.
The only exception to this is when I PMO and then do semen retention. The first week has reconciliation due to semen retantion whether am running subliminals or being in a washout. After that one week, I feel good.

Just a similar experience - for some reason I find I get 80% of my Genesis results during the washout. Never had this with any other sub to the same degree. My cycle of genesis was interesting, but the washout was mind blowing.
Don’t sleep on the power of a good washout, for better, or for worse, and the results that come waaaay after you “stop listening”

Yeah I haven’t taken a proper washout in a while, been kind of abusing how smooth NSE feels honestly. Even with micro loops, the overload catches up with you
I think I’ll washout all next week, at least

Normal it’s part of the washout process if all goes well you’d be in bloom afterwards.
