The best way?
Don’t even think about the time.
Forget about it completely.
Instead, create a chart like this:

You want to get stronger at being confident and making decisions. This is completely doable. Many people have learned to become stronger in this area.
So, at step 1, write a confident, planning action that is relatively comfortable for you now.
At step 6, write a confident, decisive action that is difficult, almost impossible, for you to handle.
At step 2, write some confidence-related actions or situations that you can handle but that are kind of challenging.
At step 3, write down one or more actions/situations that are of medium challenge
step 4, even more challenging.
step 5, very challenging and kind of intimidating or scary.
So, now you have six steps of graduated difficulty.
Creating that chart is your important job.
Your next important job as you listen to your subliminal is to just look at the chart that you’ve made. Look at it each day. That’s all. You do not have to force yourself to do the tasks.
I’ll say it again: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FORCE YOURSELF TO DO THE TASKS
Your only job is to look at the items on your chart each day. And if you think it needs to be rearranged/reorganized, you can make changes to it.
Just play the subliminal and each day remind yourself of the actions that are written on your chart.
What you’re going to find is that, without forcing yourself to, you are going to start climbing those stairs. It’s just going to feel like it’s happening naturally. Almost by itself and automatically.
As you observe yourself climbing the stairs, take time to feel good about it. When you do something on step 2, give yourself a reward. When you get up to a level 3 action, give yourself an even greater reward.
Enjoy feeling the process unfold. No need to force it. Just allow it.
When you find that you’ve started doing actions on step 3 or step 4, then ask yourself if you want to change to a different subliminal or if you want to keep going with this one.
I’ve simplified this because I’m busy. But this is the basic idea. You can adjust it to make it fit better for you.
