Lately I’m thinking as ZP titles as being similar to holograms.
If you shatter a holographic plate, each of the shards has the entire image contained within it still.

Seriously. In less than six years we went from listening to 24/7 if possible to fifteen minutes and often advised to do not even a fraction of that. I’m definitely trying to understand it because honestly it feels like it’s some sort of mental or emotional block that keeps me from out right say " ok". If that makes sense?

Rather than reduce loop time, why not try reducing how many listening days per week?

I used to listen every other day with weekends off.

Or what about each title on its own per listening day during the week with weekends off?

Something to experiment with to see if you notice any differences. Even just to help ease up the recon so you can execute more efficiently. :slight_smile:

Monday ~ sub 1 full loop

Wednesday ~ sub 2 full loop

Friday ~ sub 3 full loop

Saturday & Sunday off

I listen to 5 mins.

A simple rule is if you are getting excessive recon with the new tech then reduce the minutes.

A 3 min listen of lbfh also combats recon for me

well recon just the old thought pattern/beliefs contradict the new one……we talk about how to handle it a lot here….

few things that work really good for me when I am recon…
1:go out for a walk…
2:into the nature…
3: sun exposure….
4:healthy foods for nutrition …
5:meditation…
6:physical exercises….
7:artistic activities…
8:journaling……
and more

I highly doubt it that you will still experience recon if you try some of them…

just stuck energy waiting for channeling…

Also, choline supplements or choline from food sources. Vitamin D and omegas 3’s. Magnesium. Glutathione. Bone broth. Reishi, Chaga, Lions Mane ad Cordyceps mushrooms. :mushroom: Adaptogens.
