I just realised that I have lost the need for quick results. Almost like I don’t care if I get any results or not.
No urgency at all.

Now, I obviously want the results as I still listen to the subs. But it’s like I’ve let go of the need to get the results. Don’t know how to describe it better.

Hmm… @Sub.Zero maybe that was a result from my overload of Alchemist1

I did a full week of washout last week, so I don’t think I am stonewalling.

I wrote a post on the 12 breaths of purification.I think this meditation exercise will assist in overriding RECON.

I can fully understand why @James wants to see results now and its easy for those people in their 20s and 30s to say “hey James dont rush things”. The reality is the clock is ticking !!.

The point is you cannot rush things anyway, the more loops you run the more processing time you need.

I know @Sub.Zero but i understand why James wants results now.Put yourself in his shoes and walk a mile.

He just needs to choose his path right and stick to it.
I wish I had been able to listen to subs 20 years ago but we just have to embrace our circumstances and try to choose wise.

I know. I’ve talked a lot with him about this topic. I think the urgency is good for him.

@James has the drive to succeed. And he will.

I just commented on how I feel this weird disconnect on having to get the results now. This change came after I did my overload with Alchemist1.

Is it a good thing? No idea, time will tell.

It may be your mind is telling you to take a longer break. @SubliminalUser experienced something similar while running the Dragon. He thought of not running any subs at all.

Might be.

But then again, wanting something means you are lacking something. Creates tension.

Letting go of the need implies abundance mindset.

Time will tell. Maybe I fried my brain.

Os that 14 days listening continous then a washout ?

Nope, I was listening to my stack every other day taking four days “off” per week in total.

Yeah, it’s common when you’re overloaded.

It’s very similar to what @pacman has been doing for a while:

Yes. I’ll be reporting on my experiment, especially now, when Saint confirmed my theory.
