Anyone playing QV2 daily and taking weekends off like the older Qv1 pattern and having good results?
I tried to do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with less loops, since I wanted to have the weekends off.
However, I recently decided just to follow the guidelines and it seems to work better.

So you do one loop a day and take two days off ?
one day on, one day off.
I play two subs on my days on - one loop of each. Both customs. One contains two cores, the other just a sigle core (but with some dense modules).

I follow the one day on, one day off pattern with my Emperor custom and Spartan. But, I listen to my custom RICH ultima almost daily now, with absolute days off here and there, and I’m liking my results so far. Not the exact pattern you asked about, but thought I’d throw in my results of an almost daily ultima booster.
