Quit smoking/vaping

Vaping has been a huge stunt to my personal growth. I’ve quit multiple times running emperor, but was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a title that may be better suited for that purpose. Looking to stack with khan/E.O.G so I’m thinking including emperor in there would be over kill.

While I have no experience with Khan, I have read that someone has quit smoking with Khan. I believe it was @Yazooneh. My bad if I’m wrong

Emperor Black helped me quit smoking cigarettes again.

I only ran it once or twice, and for that specific purpose in mind, but it was exactly what I needed for that final mental push.

At the time, I was also running my Khan custom.

I’m 2 months smoke free as of today.

You got this man. Hope this helps.

Strong-module really helped-if your making a custom-or I believe its in survival instinct if not
Spartan would also likely help

Chosen really helped me when I got back on vaping and was coming off. The positivity and hope made it easier to deal with my negative reactions and sense of depression from nicotine withdrawal at the time. That could also stack well with Khan/EOG.

I think it has more to do with what has you smoke.
An alpha or will power title will help get off and stay off
A healing, love based title could resolve the desire for it
Or a thinking/ cognition based title could support with the focus/ expansion and ‘free mind’/executive function that some, myself included, seem to get from nicotine boosts. There is increasing evidence of it’s support in cognitive function.
I guess that’s why such health gurus Ben Greenfield and Aubrey Marcus have come to not ‘promote’ but advertise its use and there use of it.
If it is self medicative for a neuro-deficit/divergence -I would recommend ROM.

Not sure about ROM and Khan Stage 4 but ROM and Khan Stage 1 is a bit brutal of a combo in my experience.

I will smoke when partying/socializing occasionally and the next day taking Claritin D really helps me cut back again cold turkey. Once I have a day of space-it’s easy to stop. (Have not looked into it but possibly the way the antihistamine has an anticholinergic effect and the pseudoephrine picks up the nor-epinephrine/ dopamine lag. Obviously do your research and stay safe but thought I throw that out there. )

I reduced my smoking habits after 1 week of survival instinct
