So as of right now I have been listening to Emperor 1x and Primal Seduction 1x every other day. Does listening to subs back to back really change anything?..I usually take a break in between to give my mind some time to process before moving on to the next sub. I would to listen to more loops on the weekends but I don’t want to risk overloading my mind. Especially when I only have enough time to listen to 2 loops each per day on weekdays when I’m working. Should I just stick to my one loop per title every other day schedule or gradually increase as I get more time?
Stick to it man because why risk overload when you can have a consistent smooth ride?

I wouldn’t increase the number of loops until I’ve been on the sub for months, especially on two big programs like those, maybe experiment after a while? Less is better in this case, and it would be wise to remain diligent to the recommendations with the advent of the new technological upgrades on the horizon.
Its a matter of preference, but no it shouldn’t change anything results wise. Still getting the same total exposure per day and that’s what your mind’s gonna integrate.

One loop per program every other day.
As for back to back, taking a rest of 15 to 30 minutes might help. But that’s might help.
