Questionnaire about the continuation of my stack

I want to make this questionnaire because I am torn between two options, leaning toward one of them but nevertheless, I would like to know more opinions.

My stack rn is Khan st1, Lots, CFW.
This cycle ends at the end of April.
I was going to keep Khan and Lots but exchange CFW for SE.
But suddenly the need to improve my sleep came to me.
So I have decided to go with paragon sleep as my third sub, not sure for how long.
But I was also wondering if it would not be a better option to create a custom with SE + Paragon sleep and 10 modules in total.
I am not sure what those 8 remaining modules should be to make a custom tight if I choose to go this road.

So which one to choose? Serial approach or parallel?

  • Go with Paragon sleep for an unknown number of cycles and then go with Sanguine Elixir.
  • Create the custom Paragon sleep + SE

In this case I don’t see any reason not to go against the official recommendations and run all of them as PZzzzzz is a “light and tight” sub and SE can be used less frequently like even twice a week. It’s only about gauging the processing and reducing the recon.

So you are saying since Paragon Sleep is the lighter title to run all four of them?
But even if the title is lighter you are listening to it let’s say for 15 minutes, so you will get a lot of information anyways.

That’s correct.

Hence I mentioned that gauging the processing and reducing the recon is vital. Those four are not too “heavy or broad” not to be run in a stack and, on top of that, there are some synergies between them like Khan st1 and SE, SE and PZzzzzz, LotS and PZzzzzz as physical shifting and quality sleep go hand in hand.

Interesting point of view, thanks.

My understanding according to pre zero point posts is Khan St1 itself is more broad and powerful than other healing subs (bar DR of course), if this is still the case I’d reason SE may not be necessary. Also I wonder if SE plus Khan st1 would be disruptive?

Anyway my vote is to use Paragon Sleep for a cycle or two for now and see how it and the stack work for you, then adjust the stack afterwards.

Khan St1 and SE are aimed at totally different aspects of healing. St1 is aimed at all that stands in the way of executing the later stages’ scripting whilst SE is aimed at neutralizing negativity, eradicating its roots and building a healthy emotional life. I suggest @Deadpool should be more specific when it comes to what kind of healing he needs. St1 paired with SE would be for someone who needs to neutralize obstacles preventing him from becoming a socially powerful and highly sexual alpha male and at the same time needs a more healthy emotional life, more self control and getting rid of their negativity.

This is unnecessary. The question was not if I should listen to SE alongside Khan st1. I have my reasons and want to continue with them. This is only about SE and Paragon sleep, nothing more.

If you’re thinking about going with Khan St1, LotS and the custom then know that it would be more challenging than the route I already recommended.

I hope it helps.

Your arguments are very convincing

The main problem with the custom you took under consideration is that you wouldn’t be able to pace both subs but you would be forced to listen to them at the same time, at the same pace. In my opinion, PZzzzzz should be listened to every night before going to bed whilst SE in accordance with how much recon it causes in you to keep it as low as you can. What’s not common on the forums and is against the recommended guidelines is that each sub needs a different pacing and even more different from person to person. If you want my straight forward recommendation, which I’m reluctant to give nowadays as one should rely on their experience, experiences and introspection mostly, I would recommend sticking to your stack, listening to PZzzzzz every night and gauging how much of SE you can handle starting with one-two loops a week.

May have some bias here as healing titles have never been as effective as just taking action and working through your problems, but I’d say role with paragon sleep.

Depends what your goals are, but it seems they are at least somewhat ambitious and mastering your sleep will give you all of the building blocks to get after those.

I found personally that when I don’t sleep well my mood is worse, I have lower dopamine levels, worse decision making, and all of those things combine lead to much worse self esteem, opposed to when I get proper sleep and take action on my goals, all the healing and issues that I thought I had just don’t really seem to be there.

Just a different perspective to think about.
